How we use the details you send us through this website.
Who we are
This website, inventtaenergy.com, is operated by Inventta Energy Zambia Limited, a member of the INVENTTA Group, Plot PH1IND/19, Lusaka South Multi-Facility Economic Zone, Lusaka, Zambia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Inventta Energy Zambia Limited.
What we collect
We only collect the details you choose to send us through the contact and quotation request form: your name, email address, phone number and message, together with any company name, country, customer type and product list you add to your request. We do not ask for any other personal information.
The products you add to your quotation request are kept in your own browser (local storage) until you send or clear the request. They are not sent to us until you submit the form.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry or quotation request, and to follow up on that request. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with third parties for their own purposes.
How the form is processed
When you submit the form, it is processed by the website itself on our web hosting (GoDaddy), which forwards it by email to our sales team at sales@inventtaenergy.com. No outside form service is used. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email us directly at sales@inventtaenergy.com or contact us on WhatsApp.
The website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when you view a page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to handle your request and any resulting quotation, order or contract, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
We handle personal data in line with Zambia’s Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021. You may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may object to how we use it. To do so, please write to us using the contact details below.
